André A. De Vivo is a partner at Bratus Capital and was a board member of 5 companies: executive aviation company Global Aviation, snacks & beverages company Globalbev, the cosmetics company Valmari, fast-food chain Espaço Árabe and real estate developer Sequóia.
In the past, André served in the Board of Directors and as CEO of pharmaceutical company Farmasa for 5 years and as a lawyer in De Vivo, Whitaker e Castro Advogados (DVWCA) for 11 years, a firm he founded, served as a Senior Partner, and currently serves as Chairman of the Board. During his law career, André focused on helping Brazilian company owners solve complex business and shareholder-related issues, forging relationships with Brazilian families and entrepreneurs firmly based on trust.
In 1989, he founded Loan Gestão Imobiliária, a third-party property management company also embodying the Bratus principle of property transformation to create value.
André holds a Law Degree from Pontifíca Universidade Católica - São Paulo (PUC-SP) and an OPM from Harvard Business School.
Guilherme Barbosa Pereira de Sousa is a partner at Bratus Capital. He was a board member of 4 companies: the fast-food chain Espaço Árabe, the online retailer Corpo Perfeito, the apple producer Renar and the real estate management company LOAN.
Before Bratus, he served as private equity Associate and later Director at GP Investments from 2006 to 2011. At GP, Guilherme was a board member of educational company Estácio Participações, pharmaceutical company Farmasa, recreational theme parks company Hopi Hari and asset manager BRZ Investimentos.
Before GP, Guilherme was an Analyst at JGP Gestão de Recursos, where he was a member of the equity research team. He also worked in the finance and supply chain departments of Companhia de Bebidas das Américas - AmBev, part of Anheuser-Busch InBev.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University and is the founder and board member of Stanford University Brazil Association. He is also a mentor of the Prep Program of Fundação Estudar, which seeks to increase the number of Brazilians who study in leading universities in the United States.
Gustavo Aranha is a partner at Bratus Capital.
Before joining Bratus he served as Director at Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo, Head of Investment Products and Services’ team in Brazil from 2009 to 2014.
Gustavo joined CSHG in 2001 and became a partner in 2003. Before the joint venture between Credit Suisse and Hedging-Griffo he was a banker and then head of Relationship Management’s team until 2009.
He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Fundacão Getúlio Vargas – São Paulo (FGV-SP) and a specialization in Business Economics from FGV-SP.
Fabio André Adamo Idoeta is a partner at Bratus Capital. He worked for 4 years as Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Manager at Gol Linhas Aéreas, the second largest airline company in the country. Before Gol, he was a Financial Planning Analyst at Embratel, one of the largest telecommunication companies in Brazil.
He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - São Paulo (FGV-SP) and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
